When will my order ship?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We work with trusted production partners to ensure quality and consistency — which means good things take a moment.

Why did my items arrive separately?

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Some pieces are fulfilled from different locations to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery possible.
No need to worry — everything listed in your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide 
Shipping times vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Custom fees may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible.

How are your products made?

Each Givezy piece is made to order to reduce waste and ensure thoughtful production.

Our embroidered items, apparel, and accessories are created using high-quality materials and carefully reviewed designs.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

We aim for accuracy and consistency in all our visuals. Some colors may differ due to screen resolutions.
Because items are made to order, small variations may occur — that’s part of what makes each piece yours.

Are your products gift-ready?

Our items are designed to feel giftable — clean, intentional, and considered.

Packaging may vary, so if you’re gifting, we recommend adding your own personal touch.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because most items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Wrong size

  • Change of mind

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact returns@givezy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

What if my item arrives damaged?

That’s not the experience we want for you.

Email us at returns@givezy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or solution.

Are some images AI-assisted?

Yes. Some lifestyle visuals may be AI-assisted or digitally edited for styling and presentation.

They are used to show the mood and gifting feel of the product. For the most accurate item information, please refer to the product description, size guide, product photos, and details listed on each page.

Small differences in color, placement, scale, texture, and finish may occur because every item is made on demand.


Do you offer discounts or promotions?
