Delivery Time & Possible Delays
Our orders are made-to-order and typically ship within 2–7 business days. Transit times are estimates only. Please note that delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, regional disruptions, strikes, carrier volume spikes (holiday/peak seasons), customs clearance, or other “force majeure” events.
If your order shows no movement for 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at hello@getgivezy.com and we’ll help.
Holidays & Peak Season
During major holidays and seasonal peaks (Nov–Dec, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.), processing and transit may take a few extra days. Ordering early is recommended. 🎁

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Some pieces are fulfilled from different locations to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery possible.

EU Orders For orders shipped to the European Union, prices displayed include VAT where applicable. Orders valued at €150 or less are exempt from customs duties under EU import rules. Processing and transit times remain the same as international orders (2–7 business day processing, 7–10 days transit).
